We converted H&H’s spreadsheet accounting to Xero and provided training to their secretary to carry out the bookkeeping on a day to day basis. We transferred their Iris Basics Payroll onto Xero and provided training to enable them to submit their payroll.
We provide H&H with a quarterly Finance Pack to keep them up to date on business performance.

HBL is a start up construction company.
We set up HBL’s accounting function and processes including Xero implementation, VAT, PAYE & CIS registration.
We designed custom invoicing & quotation templates, fully integrated with Xero.
We continue to support HBL with their bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and CIS as well as providing regular management information to keep the directors up to date with the business’ performance.

We set up CPs accounting function, implementing Xero and completing their bookkeeping for the prior year of accounts which had not been prepared.
We providing training to the owners of the business to enable them to carry out the bookkeeping themselves and we continue to support them by reviewing their accounts on a quarterly basis.

We set HL up on Xero and registered them for PAYE, once set up we provided detailed training to allow HL to carry out their own payroll function.
We created a detailed cash flow forecast for HL to assist them with a 5 year business plan.
