Harriet is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience within the Financial Services industry working with large businesses and SMEs. In most recent years running the Finance department of a high growth Fintech.

After many years of working in industry Harriet decided to set up Hawksmith to give small businesses the opportunity to receive the accountancy services that larger companies have in order to improve and add value to their businesses.

Traditional accountancy firms will file your taxes and submit your statutory returns, this is an important job that has to be done, but accountants have a wide range of expertise and can do so much more to add value to your business! We don’t provide these traditional services because it’s not our area of expertise, instead we focus on using our extensive experience to add value and help you to run your business effectively.

Large businesses typically have whole functions dedicated to Finance with an extremely broad remit, covering everything from basic bookkeeping to complex financial planning, whilst small businesses and start ups usually don’t have access to that kind of expertise. Hawksmith was set up with that in mind and with the purpose of providing small businesses with access to Finance experts to help them understand their financial information and operate efficiently.

Hawksmith Consultancy is based in the south east and can support businesses onsite in Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London. We can also support businesses throughout the UK remotely.
